What it is
Real cardiology drugs — blood-pressure agents (telmisartan, nebivolol, HCTZ) and non-statin lipid drugs (ezetimibe, bempedoic acid) — that circulate in AAS contexts as "cycle support" for the hypertension and lipid damage steroids cause.
What human evidence shows
Each is well-evidenced for its cardiology indication. The problem is the delivery model: self-prescribing antihypertensives to enable an ongoing harm inverts the logic of treatment.
Risks
Unmonitored use means nobody is checking kidney function, electrolytes (HCTZ specifically), or whether pressure is actually controlled — a number on a home cuff is not a workup. Treating blood pressure or lipids may reduce specific risks but does not remove the other cardiovascular harms of ongoing AAS exposure.
