The short version
If you signed up and the membership isn't what you expected, email support@pepdex.co within 3 days of your first charge and we'll refund it. No survey, no retention call, no friction. One reply, refund issued.
Cancel anytime
Outside the 3-day window, you can cancel any time from your account (Manage Billing → Cancel). Your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't pro-rate unused time on monthly or annual plans.
Renewals
Subscriptions auto-renew on the same date each month or year. If you forget to cancel and a renewal charge surprises you, email us within 3 days of that renewal and we'll refund it. We'd rather you leave happy than feel trapped.
Disputes
If you ever feel a charge was wrong, please email us first before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us money and time we'd rather spend writing peptide content. We will resolve any legitimate billing issue in one reply.
How to request a refund
- Email support@pepdex.co from the address you signed up with.
- Subject line: “Refund”.
- That's it. Refund posted within 1–2 business days.
