Terms of Service

Pepdex (“Pepdex”, “we”, “us”) is operated by CloserTek LLC, a US limited liability company. Contact: support@pepdex.co.

Pepdex is an educational reference and research-organization tool covering peptide compounds, dose literature, regulatory status, and stack-tracking. Content is provided for adults 18+ for research and general informational purposes only.

Pepdex is not a pharmacy, clinic, or medical provider. No content on Pepdex constitutes medical, pharmacological, legal, or financial advice. We do not sell, ship, or supply peptide compounds.

By creating an account you represent that (a) you are at least 18 years old, (b) you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction, and (c) you will use Pepdex only for lawful research and informational purposes.

• Free accounts: catalog browsing, calculator, news, and guides.
• Paid memberships: $7.99/month or $80/year (annual billing). Both plans renew automatically on the same cadence until canceled.
• Cancel anytime from your account. On cancellation, access continues through the end of the period you have paid for. We do not automatically pro-rate refunds for unused time.
• Pricing may change for future renewals. Existing members will be notified by email at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect on their plan.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

If you are dissatisfied with your membership, contact support@pepdex.co within 3 days of your initial charge and we will review your request. Refunds outside that window are at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Refund requests for repeat sign-ups, abuse, or fraudulent activity will be denied.

You agree not to:

• Use Pepdex to assist anyone under 18.
• Resell, scrape, mirror, redistribute, or republish Pepdex content without written permission.
• Share your account with anyone outside your household.
• Use Pepdex content to make medical, dosing, or treatment decisions for another person.
• Reverse-engineer, automate, or attempt to extract bulk data from Pepdex.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Peptide compounds discussed on Pepdex are not approved by the FDA for general consumer use. Many are sold as research chemicals or compounded preparations under specific regulatory frameworks. Use of any peptide compound on a human carries risk including but not limited to allergic reactions, immune responses, hormonal disruption, organ stress, and death. Always consult a qualified, licensed medical provider before making any health decision.

You assume all risk for any decision you make based on content from Pepdex.

All Pepdex content — including peptide profiles, guides, comparison pages, calculator logic, and the AI Coach system — is owned by CloserTek LLC and protected by US and international copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content during your active membership.

The AI Coach is a large-language-model assistant that reads your stack and answers questions in plain English. Output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Do not rely on AI Coach output for any medical, legal, or safety-critical decision. We may log AI Coach conversations to improve the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepdex and CloserTek LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and posted to this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Pepdex after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
