What the Pepdex app does

Pepdex is an iPhone and iPad app that works out how many units to draw from a mixed vial, then tracks it: the doses and days left in each vial, a reminder for each shot, and a log of every injection. It has 68 peptides built in, including GLP-1s, plus TRT and any compound you add, with food, water, workouts and weight alongside. The calculator and library are free. Tracking is Pepdex Pro.

Download on theApp StoreFree download. iOS 16.4 or later.
  1. Pepdex calculator: a 10 mg vial with 2 mL of water and a 250 mcg dose the user typed in shows 5 units to draw on a 0.3 mL insulin syringe, 40 doses per vial

    1 · Calculator

  2. Pepdex Protocol tab: a dose calendar for the week and each compound with its schedule, next dose, adherence and days left in the vial

    2 · Vials and reminders

  3. Pepdex quick-add sheet: log a dose of any compound, supplements, food, water, a workout, a check-in or weight, or scan a meal or a label

Work out the units to drawFree

Enter the vial size printed on the label in mg, the bacteriostatic water you added in mL and your own dose in mcg or mg, then pick your syringe. Pepdex shows the units to draw, the concentration, the amount in each unit and how many doses the vial holds. The water planner works the other way round: choose the draw you want on the syringe and it tells you how much water to add.

  • Insulin syringes (U-100) in 0.3, 0.5 and 1 mL, plus U-50, U-40 and standard mL syringes.
  • The calculator never suggests a dose. You type your own, and it does the arithmetic.
  • It handles mcg and mg only. It does not yet do IU or pre-mixed oils in mg/mL such as testosterone cypionate. TRT shots can still be scheduled, reminded and logged.

The same math runs on the web in the free reconstitution calculator.

Save it as a vial that counts downPro

From the calculator you can start tracking with the same numbers. Each mixed vial then loses a dose every time you log one, and Pepdex shows the doses and days left at your schedule. When a vial gets low, it sends a notification the next morning so running out is not a surprise.

Reminders and a one-tap logPro

Set reminder times for each protocol and Pepdex notifies you when a shot is due. Log it with one tap from Today, or back-date a dose you forgot to record, with the time. The dose calendar shows what you logged and what is coming, and the injection-site map suggests the next site so you can rotate.

Any compound, any schedulePro

68 peptides are built in, including semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide, plus TRT and other compounds. Anything else can be added by name as your own compound.

  • Daily, twice daily, every other day, weekly, chosen weekdays, or every few days.
  • Optional on/off cycles, counted in weeks, so off weeks don't show doses as due.

An AI Coach and an evidence library

The Coach answers plain-English questions about side effects, half-lives, storage and what the studies found. A free account gets 10 Coach messages a day, and Pro members can send up to 200 a day. It does not pick doses.

Before you first use the Coach or a scanner, a consent screen explains what gets sent. Its “Let Coach see my numbers” box starts checked, so the Coach gets a summary of your logs, such as how many doses you logged, your weight trend, check-ins, food and training. Untick it there, or turn it off later in Settings, and the Coach knows only which compounds you take and how often. Your notes, amounts, name and email are never included.

The library covers every built-in compound, 144 supplements and the guides. Nearly every compound has an evidence grade and cited studies, plus half-life data where it is published. It is free. FDA and WADA status for each peptide is on pepdex.co.

Food, water, workouts, weight and Apple HealthLogging is Pro

These are the reasons to keep one app instead of three. Log food by USDA and branded search, barcode or a meal photo that you confirm, plus water, workouts with sets, reps and personal records, weight and daily check-ins, and supplements with bottles that count down.

If you allow it, Pepdex reads Apple Health data such as weight and body composition, steps, sleep, heart rate and blood glucose, and writes your workouts and water back to Apple Health. Health data is never used for ads and never sold.

Free vs Pro

Free covers everything you read or calculate. Pro covers everything you save: vials, doses, food, workouts, weight and supplements, including barcode and photo logging.

Questions

Is Pepdex on Android?

No. The Pepdex app is for iPhone and iPad only, and there is no Android version. The calculator and the peptide reference on pepdex.co work in any browser.

Does Pepdex sell peptides?

No. Pepdex does not sell, ship or prescribe peptides, and it does not name vendors in the app.

Is there one app for peptides, supplements, food and workouts?

Yes. Pepdex tracks peptide, GLP-1 and TRT protocols with shot reminders and vial counts, and the same app logs supplements, food, water, workouts with personal records, weight and daily check-ins, with Apple Health sync. Tracking needs Pepdex Pro.

Is Pepdex free?

The download, the calculator, the library and 10 Coach messages a day with a free account are free. Saving your own data (protocols, vials, dose logs, food, workouts, weight, supplements) needs Pepdex Pro, a subscription. Current prices and trial terms are on the App Store listing.

Does the calculator pick my dose?

No. You type in your own dose, and Pepdex does the units math, the vial countdown and the reminders.

Is Pepdex the same as pepdex.app or pepdex.live?

No. Pepdex at pepdex.co (App Store id 6787544320) is not affiliated with pepdex.app or pepdex.live. Those are separate products with similar names.
