What if my peptide vial is cloudy or has particles?
Cloudiness or particles are not something to ignore. Some appearance differences are harmless, but persistent cloudiness, floating material, strings, or sediment after gentle mixing are reasons to stop and verify before use.
First checks
- Was the vial stored cold and protected from heat?
- Was sterile BAC water used?
- Did you swirl gently rather than shake hard?
- Did it have time to dissolve?
- Does the compound normally have a color?
Red flags
- Visible particles that do not dissolve.
- Cloudy liquid after settling.
- Damaged seal or unknown storage history.
- Unexpected symptoms after a prior dose from the same vial.
Practical rule
When in doubt, do not use it. Appearance issues are cheaper to investigate than contamination risk.
