What it is
A university-lab "exercise mimetic" (Saint Louis University, hence the name) — an ERR pan-agonist that increased endurance and fat oxidation in 2023-24 mouse papers. SLU-PP-915 is a follow-on compound.
What human evidence shows
A handful of mouse studies from one research group, published within the last three years. No published or registered human study was found as of August 2026; pharmacokinetics and toxicity in people are guesswork.
Risks
Compounds this new have no case-report literature because not enough time has passed for harms to surface and be written up. ERRs regulate cardiac metabolism among much else — "it does a lot of things in a lot of tissues" is the risk statement.
