Ipamorelin is a selective growth-hormone secretagogue (a GHRP) that prompts a natural GH pulse, studied for doing so without the cortisol or prolactin rise some older GHRPs cause.

A 10 mg vial at 200 mcg a shot holds 50 shots. Taken once a day, that is about 50 days (7.1 weeks). Shots per vial for each size:

Ipamorelin reconstitution questions
- How much BAC water (reconstitution solution) do I add to a 10 mg Ipamorelin vial?
- Any amount works for the math; it only changes the strength. 10 mg in 1 mL is 10 mg/mL, in 2 mL 5 mg/mL, and in 3 mL 3.33 mg/mL. More water gives a bigger draw that is easier to read. If your product came with mixing directions, those set the volume.
- How many units is 200 mcg of Ipamorelin?
- It depends on how much water is in the vial. From a 10 mg vial mixed with 2 mL, 200 mcg is 4 units (0.04 mL). With 1 mL it is 2 units; with 3 mL, 6 units.
- How many 200 mcg doses are in a 10 mg Ipamorelin vial?
- 50. Taken once a day, that lasts about 50 days (7.1 weeks). The water you add does not change the count, only the size of each draw.
- Is ipamorelin the same as CJC-1295?
- No, they are different molecules that are often discussed together. Ipamorelin is a GHRP that prompts a growth-hormone pulse; CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog that raises the baseline that pulse rises from. They act on different receptors and their doses are not interchangeable. In a blend vial, run the math for each one using its own mg.
