What are the side effects of HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin)?
The most commonly reported HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) side effects are acne flare from increased intratesticular testosterone, estrogen elevation (HCG also stimulates aromatase), may need an AI, mild gynecomastia risk if estrogen runs uncontrolled. Most are mild and tend to be dose dependent. It is generally avoided with precocious puberty. Human clinical evidence for HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) is limited, so this reflects reported and observed effects, not a complete safety profile.
Reported HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) side effects
- Acne flare from increased intratesticular testosterone
- Estrogen elevation (HCG also stimulates aromatase), may need an AI
