Why Isn't My Peptide Working?

The common reasons a peptide seems not to work: wrong timeline, wrong goal, dose math error, bad vial, unrealistic expectations, or poor tracking.

Why isn't my peptide working?

When a peptide seems not to work, the usual suspects are wrong timeline, wrong goal, dose math error, poor tracking, storage problem, bad vial, or expectations borrowed from hype content.

First checks

  • Are you still inside the normal timeline?
  • Is the peptide actually matched to your goal?
  • Did you mix mg and mcg?
  • Was the vial stored correctly?
  • Are you tracking the outcome clearly?
  • Did the vial look normal after mixing?

Timeline mismatch

Some effects are expected quickly. Others are not. Quitting at week 2 because a week-8 effect has not happened is not a compound failure.

Data beats vibes

Track dose, date, sleep, weight, symptoms, performance, pain, or whatever outcome matters. Without a baseline, it is hard to know if anything changed.
