What are the side effects of FOXO4-DRI?
The most commonly reported FOXO4-DRI side effects are limited human safety data, theoretical: off-target apoptosis in healthy tissue, injection-site reaction. Most are mild and tend to be dose dependent. It is generally avoided with active malignancy (apoptotic effects on cells in unstable states). Human clinical evidence for FOXO4-DRI is limited, so this reflects reported and observed effects, not a complete safety profile.
Reported FOXO4-DRI side effects
- Limited human safety data
- Theoretical: off-target apoptosis in healthy tissue
- Injection-site reaction
Who should avoid it
- Active malignancy (apoptotic effects on cells in unstable states)
- Pregnancy / nursing
- Anyone risk-averse to pre-clinical-only data
Bloodwork worth tracking
- CBC and basic metabolic panel if researching
