Mazdutide is not FDA approved as a finished drug. For drug-tested athletes it is not on the WADA prohibited list. Available by prescription in China. Not yet available in the US.. - FDA: Not FDA approved. Approved in China (2025, Innovent, brand Xinermei) for obesity and type 2 diabetes. Eli Lilly holds ex-China rights (LY-3305677) and runs US development (Phase 2).

- Prescription: Available by prescription in China. Not yet available in the US.
